Replace form with the same link

Hallo

kann ich ein Formular als Clone überarbeiten, also im laufenden Betrieb ändern und dann aktiv schalten anstelle des Original-Formulars?

Hintergrund: Alle Nutzer sollen den ihnen bekannten Link weiter nutzen können ohne daß sich durch die Überarbeitung der Link ändert.
