How to retrieve data from one sheet and let customer see the result?

If I'd like to create one form allowing customers to check their order status, how could I suppose to use your software to reach that?

Customers they only have to enter their email address and the data will be sent to google spreadsheet and find the correspondent answer back to the customer.

In google spreadsheets, row one is all the email address of my customers and row two is the order status correspondent to their email address also. So it is like Q&A, the system will send back the exact answer back to customers for review after finishing the form.

Please tell what app or widget I could use to reach that. Thank you for your help.
