How does the storage work?

Hi support people,

I see that the free account comes with 1000 MB of storage. How is that allocated? Does that have to do with content that I upload to my forms? Or, does that have to do with information that is uploaded through the form? Meaning, if I allow for PDF and MP4 uploads that are linked via Google Drive integration, what impact does that have on the 1000 MB of storage?

Hi Tony,

File storage limit only refers to the files that are stored in your JotForm account. So, if you integrate your form with other file storage systems you will have a greater flexibility at storage.
