Hello
I want to be able to make my Short Scrollable Terms widget only available to those who choose the ESLI in Canada. So as with other conditions in this form, I thought I could use the show/hide feature. Its not working.
How can I make this visible only to those who choose ESLI in Canada?
Also, I would like to use this same widget in (but different content) in the same form. Is this possible?
Thanks

I just cloned your form, and I see you have properly created the condition:
Upon testing via URL parameters(selecting "ESLI at Trinity Western University Langley, B.C. (Canada)", and jumping to page 5 where the widget is located), the widget is shown, example:
https://www.jotformpro.com/form/62835341947968?whichEsli115[1]=1&jumpToPage=5
However, if we follow the flow of the form, you may end up in a page where this widget is not located:
That happens because of all the conditions you have setup. So if the user makes a selection in the following fields, these fields trigger other conditions that shows new fields, which according to the selection will take you to a specific page:
What you can do is to clone this widget, and position it a the end of each page(similar to the one located in page 5), example:
Note: make sure to hold the ctrl key while selecting the fields where the widget should go under, and also check the "Duplicate Conditions" option.
Now see the result: https://form.jotform.com/62835341947968
You can clone my form and use it if you want to: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
On regards of adding another "Short Scrollable Terms" widget, that's not a problem, simply add it. Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
