Why is Jotform Google Sheets deleting tabs I add!

I need help! I have my integration with google sheets turned on so my form responses go straight to google sheets. I added another tab where I take the information they submit and work with the data but I'll go in and TWICE in the last week it deleted that second tab I created!! Why is this happening! How can we fix it! I know it's a Jotform integration thing - this doesn't happen when I add tabs from a Google Form response spreadsheet. Why are my additional tabs disappearing - I even check the history and there are no records of it being deleted. It's there one minute and gone the next. Please help!

What do you mean by "Tabs"? Your form does not have the "Form Tabs" widget in it, nor the page break fields to make it work: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/form_tabs
