    system repost me that this form doesn´t exist but it false. Its working and saved

    I checked your account, it is marked as 'autosuspended' which is done by our anti-phishing system that detects suspicious forms and if they have some of the phishing attributes. I checked your forms and found, one of your form  asks for password, which is forbidden by our Terms of Use:
