Why is my account not showing that I have cancelled my subscription?

    Actually, I can see that your subscription was successfully cancelled.

    Our system is set up to allow your subscription to run its course at which point your account will then be automatically downgraded back to our free starter plan afterwards.

    Currently you are scheduled to downgrade on 10/17/2016.

    This is also visible from the quickview of your account stats as seen in my screenshot below but, can also be seen on your My Account >>> Billing page.
