I'd like to use the same form across multiple sites.

I manage 9 different sites, all pointing back to one Company site. I want to use only one application form for all of them but I would like to have a field in the application that specifies which folder each submission should go to, based on which of our locations they are applying for. Is there a way for my form to read this information, and then place it in the correct folder. Or is there at least a way for me to organize submissions based on the location the applicant is attempting to get a job at?

Unfortunately you cannot order your submissions in folders, if you want to use one form only your submissions will be shown in the submissions page for that form.

However, we have a widget that will help you to know the page where the form is embedded on, this way you may embed the form in multiple webpages and you will know the website where the form was submitted from.

Here is the link to the widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

This guide will help you to add a widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

    Hope this helps.
