What would be the advantage of using a custom domain with Jotform?

Previously before you had server issues, a recipient of a submission form could respond using the reply button.  Now that can't be done, unless you have a solution.  Now, the form comes from Jotform, not the sender.  I liked the previous method.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

One of the advantage could be... you get to use your brand name, (i.e. your own domain)

Pehaps I misunderstood, but a recipient of submission can respond via reply button. If the sender's email account is provided in the form, it can be replied to directly from an email message.

Hope this answers your inquiry. Thanks.
