Dear JOTFORM supporters, we notices these days a fact which for us is dangerous.
We created the form "REDBULL WORKSHOP" for an event that took place on 7th October (you can find it and make sure that we have received 80 responses).
During the event the attendants giving us the completed form printed ....SO....we noticed that some people were not present on line ... and yet had in their hands the print of the completed form!
Then, we thought that MAYBE the fact that the PRINT button is next to the SEND button is misleading: people PRINT the form and think all is right, without noticing that they haven't sent us the online form.
HOW COULD you fix this?
It must be forced to remove the ability to print out the form? or perhaps you have in mind a solution so people can print out the form only AFTER send it on line?
I'm waiting for your reply: it most important for us...to organize well without fauls!

If you want the form to be printed only AFTER it is submitted online, I would suggest that you remove the "Print Form" button currently on your form. This should prevent the users from printing the form without submitting them online.
Then if you want your users to have a PDF copy of the submission that they can print later, you can simply turn on the PDF attachment on the autoresponder. Simply open your autoresponder settings and select Advanced tab, then set the PDF Attachment to YES.
