Moving forms to folders

    Hi there

I am tidying up our forms and putting them into folders.

Is there a way that they can be moved off the main page as well?  Once they are in a folder they still remain on the front page making it very messy and unorganised.  I would like to just have the forms I am working on to be on the main page, all other forms in the folders.

    Is this please possible?

    thanks

    Hi there,

The "My Forms" link at the top of the folders list, the "main page" as you've called, is the only place you can see all of your forms, grouped in folders or not. So moving something out of this page is only available through archiving or deleting your forms.

Please note that when you archive a form, it is still active and do not have an expiration date.

Lastly, I can suggest you to use this little feature. First, create a folder for the projects you are working on. Once you have been to this folder on My Forms page, when you leave this page then return to it, My Forms page will automatically select that folder again.

    Here let me show you:
