Credit card numbers turned to #####

We are asking registrants to provide us with their credit card numbers so we can process the payments manually but half of the responses are coming in with hashtags instead of the numbers, which the registrants insist they entered completely. Is this something we can fix on our end????

Hi Danielle,

Asking users to submit their credit card data manually is actually conflicting to our Terms of Use. Please pay special attention to the part "Collecting Sensitive Information". So, this is not an issue on your end. This should be a systematic prevention.

You should integrate your form with one of the payment integrations that JotForm has. You can not ask for such data manually.
