    Fields are not functioning on tablets or phones

    I have been using a form for several years across all devices but suddenly, today, two fields have merged themselves GENDER and DOB when accessing the form on a tablet or phone. It works ok on a computer.

    To make your forms mobile responsive, you can use Mobile Responsive widget or check "Make this form responsive" option in Advanced Designer in JotForm. Please follow guide below.

    I don't know how you are seeing that but when I look at the form from our website following your advice then the fields are all over the place and its the same via jotform ?

    There are more errors now than before ?
