Subscription not reflected on my account

    I checked your account Galaxy3 and your account is currently on Free Plan. As per further checking, I noticed that you have upgraded your account last September 11, 2016 and September 19, 2016. I have updated your account to Bronze Plan since we have already received the payment for the subscription. However, we need to cancel your other Bronze subscription plan to avoid your account to be double charged. You can cancel the other subscription directly on your Paypal Account.

     

    1. Login to your Paypal Account.

    2. Find the reference to the September 11, 2016 payment you have made to JotForm.

    3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction: S-2M107569RX468364T.

    4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.
