Form number change needed??

We created a form a while back. Looks like we never updated the URL in the email so the form it leads to is one that we never used or can't seem to find. If we had it still in our form list we would just change the info on it but it's not showing. We have the form we need set. Is there a way to switch the numbers or take the info from the newest form and add replace the info on the old form, then activate the old one?

Old form that is active in the email blast:

New form that we want to see if it can be switched out to the old number for the link in peoples emails versus sending 5000 new emails confusing people:

    Hi Rosevelt,

The old form that you provided the link of does no longer exist in your account. But even if it did it is unfortunately not possible to change or transfer the ID of a form to another. I'm not completely sure if I have understood what you asked for. However the change of form IDs is not possible if this is what you are asking.

Please give us a further explanation about your question if possible. If this is not the issue you are having please let us know what it is.

    Thank you for contacting us.

My issue is the URL that was sent out is not a valid one in my form list. Not sure how it;s still active when you click on it but the issues is if people click on it i won't see the registration go through. I must of copy and pasted it from a old email. So i guess the next question is can we reactivate that form and put it back in my list of active forms on your end. Then i could go in and edit to say what i need it to say.All Pro Flag Footballwww.allprofac.comTwitter @allprofacFacebook Instagram: @allprofac317.721.1259

    Hi Rosevelt,

I guess the problem here is that the old form is somehow embedded in your website. When it is submitted you naturally do not get the submission since the form is not active in your account. To be more clear, the older form is cloned somewhere and the active one is actually the cloned one.

I have moved the form to your account. Please check and see if it is on the list.

If you need any further assistance please contact us.
