How to ensure individual forms are not accessible to all sub users

    We have a Gold level account - 99 users.  It appears that when we create a sub-user, that sub-user can see forms from all other sub-users.  Is that correct or is there a setting where than can be changed.

     

    We have a need to create forms where the data is not visible to all subusers in the account.

    A sub user account can only see (1) their own forms, and (2) forms that have been shared with them.

    This means that by default, a sub user cannot see forms of other sub users. A sub user can see forms from the main account, and if the main account shared the same forms with both them and other sub users, you would all see the same forms of the main account.

    The main account can set up individual form permissions, so that each sub user can only access some specific forms of the main account. The following guide contains more information about setting up sub users and their permissions:
