I created the login whose name is consultoria, I used it all the day, but I tried to use it tonight and it's not working more. I sent the reset the password, but I did not receive the email to reset. My email account registered is email@example.com
Could you verify what is happening with my account or send my password?

The 'consultoria' account already exists, but the email account is not what you mentioned above. This is the reason you are not recieving the reset password instruction.
I suggest you create an account and use your email. Then, when you get the registration confirmation, you check your account details at once by logging in to JotForm and go to account settings.
