I added the JotForm to my Adobe Muse responsive website and the form shows up on the widest browser setting, but it doesn't show up in any of the smaller browser widths.

I've checked your direct form and I can see that it is mobile responsive. However, the embedded form in your webpage disappears when I decrease the browser screen size.
Please try to re-embed the form using the Iframe method. This will prevent any script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-31003659327147" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/31003659327147" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:812px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe> <script type="text/javascript"> ... </script>
If that didn't work, please try to remove the <script> element below the Iframe code.

Hope that helps. Thank you.
