    Why cannot I see submitted info in submissions page?

    Hello,

    we have problems in relation of our inbox. 

    The answers of our surveys are only displayed partially or not at all.

    For example the survey "elements 2016 | MitarbeiterInnen An-/Abmeldung" shows only the following answers:

    "Bitte sage uns ganz kurz, warum Du nicht teilnehmen kannst"

    Your fields in submisson settings might be disabled.  You can enable the fields you want to see on your submission screen from more options setting.

    I have checked your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/62092471447962 and I can see submissions; however, when I loaded our EU site I could not see them. 

    This may be related to the fact that you have not moved your data to our EU data center, please go to Account -> Data and check the Europe Datacenter option: 

    If after doing this you still cannot see your submitted info, please let us know, we will be glad to help you.
