I have a form that shows on my desktop but not on my mobile site. Can you help?

    Please try embedding your form using the Iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    I checked your website and your form seems to be embedded both with script and iframe as you can see at below. Instead of using both,I suggest to use just iframe.
