    almost at 100 form limit, and already paid $10

    i'm guessing we work weekends, but you do not.  we are about at our 100 form limit, paid $10, but the account is not being updated.  following is confirmation of payment received from paypal.

    Cancelling Your Subscription

    If you would like to cancel this subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

    Hello Pixtas,

    The submission reset occurs only on every 1st day of the Month.
    Even though you have upgraded, it will only raise your limits BUT will not reset it to zero(0) right-away. This will happen tomorrow (at least on my timezone).

    Please inform us if you can still wait for the automatic reset to occur. Thanks.

    under free version, my limit was 100.  has my limit already been changed to 1000?

    i am at 96 forms as of today.  what happens if 5 more folks fill out my form (all in april).  will i receive form #101?

    Yes tmr.
    Your limit was in effect already.(please see screen below)

    You may have to logout and login back to JotForm to see the change in effect.
