    Hi,

I am looking for a solution for a problem.

I have an on-line short course developed thru Adobe Captivate which also requires students to complete a form and have that form stored. The contents of that form is not really very important - its more the fact that they have filled in the form. Captivate cant really handle this requirement - can your system ?

Yes, I believe Jotform can fulfill your requirement. Our form builder allows you to create forms and collect the submissions on your jotform account or on your email. You can check out the submissions that you have received by viewing the form submissions page. You can follow this guide on How to View Form Submissions.
