Embedded form is not working.

    about a week ago we had a trouble with our jotform 

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/60247512823249"></script>

     

    where it was not visible on the page.  one of your employees made a change so it is visible, but not that it is visible, the form does not work.

    Hello Marcello,

    I did check your account and found that your form "Request a Private Tour" is currently disabled. You seems to have set the submission limit of your form to 50 and since you have received 50 submissions, your form is now disabled. Please check the screenshot below:

    To solve this problem, I would suggest you to please change the "Status" of your form and also remove/increase the "Submission Limit" of your form's preferences (as displayed in the screenshot above).
