Our contact data history is lost since submission date 2016-01-25. It has not been archived in Jotform history. Why has this happened?

I can see the blank submissions as well. This may be because your data is not only stored in Europe. If you enable this issue your issue should be resolved. Here is how to do it:
1. Go to your account page: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/
2. Click "Data" and tick the Europe Datacenter box as shown in the screenshot below:
Please check this and see if resolves the issue. Do contact us again if the issue still persists.
