I can see the blank submissions as well. This may be because your data is not only stored in Europe. If you enable this issue your issue should be resolved. Here is how to do it:
1. Go to your account page: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/
2. Click "Data" and tick the Europe Datacenter box as shown in the screenshot below:
