The Europe Datacenter" checkbox is checked (and it was checked earlier also!). The data is still missing. Do I have several accounts? Or why do you have different information than I cab see?

I did check your account and it seems you have still not selected the "Europe Datacenter" checkbox yet. Please check the screenshot below:
As suggested by my colleague, please go ahead and check the "Europe datacenter" checkbox again and see if that solves your problem.
