URGENT Emails that attach a PDF are not being delivered. 10/12 10am EST

Did a test with a notification that had attached PDF enable and without.  The one without was delivered.

Something is broke with your PDF generator or the process that adds a pdf to an email.  I've included a simple test form.

Our apologies. We had a temporary issue with email notifications earlier but it should be working normally by now. All queued emails have been sent out!
