    Unwanted change of form URLs

    Hi, after I tried to adjust the URL of one of my forms (Feedback til rejseforedrag), the rest of the forms are not able to be shown in the browser. 

    All form URLs beginning with "https://form.jotformeu.com/..." are not working - only the single form beginning with "https://eu.jotform.com/..."

    I have no idea why the change in one form URL has affected all forms - there was no warning about this. Seems like all form URLs has been overwritten now. I'm really surprised that this could happen, so any help will be highly appreciated.

    Do you mean that your form urls using the first one aren't working?

    Such as https://form.jotformeu.com/62562943292360 ? 

    This is what is showing on my side and it is working normally from what I can see so this is normal.

    The urls are based on your location listed in our system to determine which servers your forms are stored on for our datacenters such as us or eu and should show up accordingly when previewed.

    Our main eu address was actually updated to eu.jotform.com last year due to the changes for safe harbor validation and the newer eu laws.

    So our system on our end lists your forms as " https://www.jotformeu.com/form/62562943292360 "

    Also, according to your account I see you're from Denmark so your form url would show as that now though you should still have a little control over the form link.

    This is what the browser now shows (the URL worked until yesterday):



    And if the URL is changed to https://www.jotformeu.com/form/62562943292360, it works (this goes for all our forms). But we don't want this "new" URL, because we will need to change a lot of links.

    Could it be a solution to roll back the URL change made to the form "Feedback til rejseforedrag" yesterday?

    Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try viewing the form again? As of checking the form, I can't seem to find problems with either using form.jotformeu.com or www.jotformeu.com 

    It would be great also if you can test using a different browser. If also possible, do you have another access to another ISP so to check the URL if it's an ISP related issue?

    Hi, I've tested with other browsers on my laptop, also tried out the laptop on my home wifi and tried other laptops in the office. No access to forms beginning with "https://form.jotformeu.com/...". So it seems like a problem on our end. But I can't seem to figure out, what triggers this problem. Everything worked out fine until I made the custom URL for "Feedback til rejseforedrag" form.. After that, it seems like the URLs beginning with "https://form.jotformeu.com/..." has been blacklisted (why??). Only URLs beginning with "https://www.jotformeu.com/form/..." and "https://eu.jotform.com/..." is accepted on our computers. Weird..

    I checked your account details. You are a sub user. The issue might be caused because of this. Could you please try to change the URL of the forms from the admin account of your sub user account. 

    Also I could not duplicate the issues on my side:

    Please let us know after contacting your admin user and try out the solutions from that account.

    Hi, I've had our IT department look into this, and our system have started blocking URL's starting with "https://form.jotformeu.com/...". Apparently because of malware/virus on your server. You might want to check for your self: 


    As long as your server is infected, the URLs beginning with "https://form.jotformeu.com/..." will not be whitelisted, I am told.
