Automated response email is not sending

    Hi,

     

    My automated response to form submission and regular form submission admin emails are not sending. Additionally, my "thank you" message is not showing after form submission.

    Hi,

    We apologise for what this issue has caused you. I tried submitting this form and got the following error "Stack overflow on line 225 " and this would most properly the issue. I have links on this issue answered by our support team, Liyam. Please have a look at them

    Those forums do not seem helpful to me. I am not using lightbox. I use iFrame I have never seen a stack overflow error. All submissions are coming in correctly, just no emails going out nor a thank you message showing.

    I am using google chrome, so IE is not the issue.

    additionally, I have tried submitting forms through the different embed options on the jotform site as well as through the preview function and the thank you, automated response, and submission email do not come through.

    I also just created a new form, and set up a thank you, submission email, and autoresponder, and tested it through the preview function and it all worked perfectly. Therefore it seems to be something on your end and not my site.

    There is a problem with the Dropbox integration with your account. Removing the dropbox integration solves the problem. When I added my own dropbox account, it also worked fine. So, we are not sure what is causing this. But the solution is to not use Dropbox integration. 

    Please do not use this feature. Or if you use it again, make sure to fully test the form submission. If the problem happens again, remove the integration.
