Disabled 'Limit File Size' option does not work

I have someone who is having trouble proceeding without uploading images.

a) there should be no file limit on the uploads

b) the question is not obligatory so they should be able to proceed without them, but it won't allow it

I've checked both these things and they seem to be set up correctly.

First of all, you should click the "File Upload" button in the form then you will see some features top of your form. Moreover, you can change "Allow Multiple" and "Max File Size" what you need.

It seems that disabled 'Limit File Size' option does not work properly. We have escalated a bug report ticket to our developers.

In the meantime, please increase a Max File Size value to allow file uploads.
