When we go to submit a form, the button says 'Please Wait', as the form is loading. The form times out and an error message pops up with #502 - 'Bad Gateway'.
Can you please look into this issue?

I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to submit without any issue. The Thank you page is also displayed normally.
