Emails are not coming through on Submissions

    When a user completes a form the autoresponder is receiving emails however the notification emails are not being sent on all of our forms.

    It seems like many notification emails are failing because of a spam score.  This started happening today after several months of no problems.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We did have issue on our form emails earlier today which causes form submission emails not getting through.

    However our back-end team were already able to revert and restored the email service. Email issues should be fixed by now.

    Can you please check again.

    Test submit your form that have the autoresponder email and check if the test submission will warrant the equivalent submission email.

    If issue persist, please tell us which of your form and the email you were having the issue so that we can specifically check them also.
