Redirect auto responder form correctly

The autoresponder email has a link to the main application form linked to this name and email form but when you receive the email and select the link it keeps redirecting to another application form and we don't understand why.

It seems that the form in question is already deleted. If you need help with some other form, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
