Not receiving submission emails!

    The submissions are not sent to designated emails, or any for that matter.  We are only getting notification via payapal that there was a submission, but the form isn't being sent to any email.

     

    Please help!

    Also, please avoid opening multiple threads about the same problem, opening multiple threads will generate confusion since you may be assisted in them, assisting you only in one thread helps us to properly follow up the case.
