I would like all users of the account to receive an email for every inquiry. As of now, only the account holder receives that email.

I understand that you want to send the email notification to multiple recipients. It is possible to add up to 10 recipients for each notification in your form. If you have more recipients, you may add a new notification with few more recipients. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with adding multiple recipients to your JotForm.
