Hi - I am having a wee panic attack! We have a registration form online and not all the registrations are coming through. Have checked the email address, that is fine so not sure what else to do. They were coming through okay yesterday and they are not sitting in our Junk/spam folders.

Our sincerest apologies. We had a temporary issue with email notifications not being delivered specifically when it has attached PDF/files. However, our dev team has sorted this out so you should receive emails normally as usual. All queued emails have been sent out!

I am afraid we are still not getting emails. Should the above reply come through to our email address because it has not?

We had an issue but it has been fixed. I checked your mail log and you seem to be receiving emails successfully. Your email account is not on the bounce list either. Even the email notification of the answer from my colleague here has successfully reached to your email account.
I ran a test submission on your form. The email notification of my submission is sent without a problem too:

Hi - Many thanks. I have also done a check :) and Yes everything appears to be operating again - Whew!
