Question about billing.

    Okay, I thought I had to add users in order for everyone to receive the notification that the form had been completed by someone.  So, we paid for 1 year.  However, I learned this is not the case.  In fact, all you have to do is click the "Emails" tab in the form editor and edit "Notification 1" adding recipients.  


    So, since I figured that out, I would like a REFUND and to remove all other users besides the owner, Ray Thompson (


    Can you do that?

    Yes, we do issue full refunds within 30 days of the payment. Since you recently upgraded on October 13, 2016, you are eligible for the refund.

    Per your request, I have now refunded the $159 payment made for the Bronze Yearly subscription. Please wait 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Your Jotform account is now back to Free status, and I have also removed all the other sub-users on your account.
