Once forms are submitted to me- do they stay on a server? Can I delete them?

Can I delete forms from the Jot Form server once they are submitted to me?  If I delete the forms will that free up my storage submission space?

If you're asking about deleting Submissions, then yes you can delete your Submissions upon your discretion. Just keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers, including the file uploads on them.

If I delete the forms will that free up my storage submission space?

No it won't, the free plan only allows 500 Total Submission Storage. This counter will continue to increase for each submission you receive, regardless if you delete them or not. The only thing that will be freed up when deleting submissions will be your 100MB Available Space for file uploads.

If you have more than 500 submissions in your account, the oldest submission will be automatically deleted when you receive a new submission. You may upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan in order to have unlimited submission storage when that happens.
