I will be the first to admit that I am not the technical expertise that most of your customers probably are but I believe I understand it enough to work with JotForm. My wife and I are firing up an online store with Shopify but need two vital features to the site that Shopify does not offer. First is the ability to allow customers to upload photos in conjunction with their orders. Our product is a personalized product that requires customers to submit photos with their order, which in turn is printed directly on the product. Of course, we would need the ability to link each photo to its appropriate order to ensure we are printing the right photo on the right product. Second has to do with the ability to require customer's files they are uploading are of a minimum size. While it is not a perfect science, we have seen that if we can require customers files be a minimum of 500kb we significantly reduce our chances of getting a low resolution photo that when blown up and printed on the product looks horrible. We would like the feature of not allowing customers to checkout until they upload a photo of appropriate size.
My question to JotForm is if these features/forms can be built within JotForm and then embedded in the Shopify store. I am a fast learner and believe I can learn how to use JotForm pretty quickly but if it is not possible with JotForm I w ould not want to waste my time. I appreciate your time and hope JotForm could be the answer we are looking for when it comes to these features.

First off, thanks for your interest in our services, A.J. You can easily integrate your JotForm forms with your Shopify checkout process. Click to see the tutorial. You can let your customers upload their own photos and you will be able to see them under your form(s). Create a free account and test it yourself. You can't print the wrong photo on the wrong product. You can make your upload field required so your customers have to upload a photo in order to submit the form. You want that your customers can't check out until they upload a photo of appropriate size. As far as i know it's not possible. But you can put a Free Text (HTML) on your form and write it down. I'm sure that they will pay attention to your note and upload a high resolution photo.
I hope that helps.
