How do I save changes when editing form?

    I've tried multiple time to save changes but the form keep s going back to how it was originally set. I would like ot speak with someone if possible, (206) 852-5246

    Hi,

    We do  not have live support via phone at this time. So we will not be able to give you a call.

    Actually auto save is enabled by default on the Form Builder . So the changes you did on the form should be saved already.

    Can you please describe more what changes you were doing on the form that was not being saved? 

    I assume this was your form https://www.jotform.us/form/40360282771148 that you encountered he issue.

    I did test also on my Form Builder but I could not reproduce the same problem.

    Thanks for helping me trouble shoot. I don't have the yellow "edit html" or
    "complete" buttons that you at the top right hand side of the form. I have
    made many attempts to switch the cancellation policy at the bottom to read:
    "BOOKING POLICY: Please be sure about your travel dates and times before
    booking overnight care. Changes made after a booking has been confirmed
    will incur a $25 fee per change.
    CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hour notice for cancellation of dog
    outings and training lesson appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours
    will result in a FULL CHARGE of the total service fee.
    We require 72 hours for cancelling boarding reservations. Cancellations
    received within 72 hours of a reservation will incur a 50% cancellation fee
    up to $200 from the boarding deposit.
    ​ "​
    ​instead of the current one that reads:
    ​"

    Every time I make and save the change​ and go to preview it still states
    the old policy..I hope you can help me with this?

    Try using a different browser.  If you are using Chrome, try FireFox and visa versa.  There may be something in your current browser blocking some of the form builder functionality.  If a fresh browser still does not allow for updating the field, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
