I would like to create an upload form but am having an issue with file upload size. I'm integrating the form with dropbox so the files upload directly there. Is there a way to increase the maximum filesize? Will this go away with a premium subscription?

I would like to inform you that forms have a maximum upload size limit of 1GB. You can change the upload size limit of your form by following this guide: Changing the upload size limit

However, Free accounts have a total upload space of 100MB. This means you will not be able to receive files larger than 100MB while on the free account. Please note that integrating the form with dropdox only sends a copy of the file to your dropbox folder. The file will still be saved on your jotform submissions page. You can use our Auto Delete Submissions app if you want the submissions to be automatically deleted on the submissions page. That way, only the copy on the Dropbox folder will be stored.

If you want to increase your Jotform account's total upload space, you can choose to upgrade to a higher plan. Bronze gives you an upload space of 10GB, Silver has 100GB, while Gold can store 1TB of uploaded files.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
