Last month I had a form set up to email me a copy once a form has been completed and submitted.
I did not received an email copy of any forms submitted on the 13th of September. Every other day of the month was fine.
I currently have a different form set up. Today is the 13th of October (New Zealand time) and again, I have not received any email copies of any submissions from both of these forms.
Can you please help?
I have had no reply to my last thread, but was told to start another thread if still not fixed
