I have already upgraded to the Silver plan, but account keeps telling me I've run out of views and that I'm still at Bronze. But I'm pretty sure I succeeded in upgrading the last time, as I've already set this up as a recurring monthly payment on PayPal (see screenshot).
Your customer support says:
I see that you've upgraded your account and you are scheduled to be upgraded to SILVER account on 26/09/2016.
I have made a request from our billing department to issue a refund for you. The refunds are made by our manager so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed for you.
We always suggest to our users downgrading their plan before upgrading their plan. So that, you will prevent possible confusion.

I did check your account and found that it is already upgraded to silver subscription plan. Please sign out from your account and the sign in again for the changes to reflect.
