I can not see conditionally hidden fields on Design page

I would like to change the design fields using the 'Design' feature but only the first three fields are showing. This was not the case when I first started to develop the form.

I have cloned your form and opened the designer. Unfortunately, I have replicated the issue as well. Here is how I see the Design page:

This is an issue with the Design page and a ticket had already been escalated about this. However if you can give us details about how you want to style your fields we can still come up with alternative ideas.
