Number of Forms Limit

Hi when i moved my forms over to you there was no mention of limiting the number of forms! only the number of submissions!

now i am not able to add another form because i have reached my limit of 5!

this is a start-up business as yo can see by the no of submissions and never budgeted to pay for new forms until my business grew to around 100 submissions.

what now?

That's why we have grandfathered your existing forms. So, even though you have 21 forms, and now free accounts are limited to 5 forms, you can continue to use your 21 forms. 

You will only have problem when you need to create a new form. Since you have 21 forms we hope that you will consider JotForm as a good investment and become a paid users. Our rates are pretty affordable, especially if you choose the yearly option.
