Can I export submission data to Excel?

If I understood your question truly, you want to import data from Excel to JotForm.

No..what i mean is,from jotform to excel..i create a form from jotform then
from that form,it can turn into excel

Yes, you can export your submissions from JotForm to Excel. However, if you use this option, you have to export your submissions manually. Please follow the guide about How to Export Form Data to Excel.

On the other hand, you can integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet and MySQL Database.

If you use Google Spreadsheet integration option, when you receive submissions on your form, they will be instantly pushed to Google Spreadsheet file. Please follow the guide about how you can integrate the form with Google Spreadsheet. 

Finally, you can integrate your form with MySQL Database. Please look at the guide about How to send Submissions to Your MySQL Database Using PHP.
