The Jotform website keeps timing out when we try to edit our forms

    The Jotform website keeps timing out when we try to edit our forms in administrator view. This has been happening only the last two days.

    It's just a temporary network issue I think. Are you still experiencing the problem as of this time? If yes, please try doing the following:

    1. Renew your network adapter: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb490921.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396. Close the browser and try editing your form. If the issue persists, do next. 

    2. Use Google's Public DNS (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/). Flush your DNS before re-opening your browser and editing your form. If the issue still persists, let us know here so we can investigate further.
