I did a test submission on one of your forms (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50745109261956) and based on our mail logs the email notification was not sent successfully.
I will escalate the issue to our development team so they can further check the issue. Will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.

Any update on this? We have lots of form traffic that is failing to reach its destination because of this glitch. Let me know if I can provide any further information.

Hello @tpr, sadly we don't have any updates yet. In case we do, we proactively update the threads immediately. My colleague already escalated this to our Developers and I'm seeing this thread is already assigned to one.
Rest assured, we'll keep you apprised on this thread if/when there's an update.

We're sorry for the issues, carolgray. As you have responded on an elevated ticket to our developers, you will be automatically notified as well when there is any status update on the matter.

Unfortunately, we do not have a phone support. I checked the ticket for this issue and the ticket is still open, which means our development team are still working on the issue. I will follow up this to our development team to get an update. We will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you check your smtp email address settings. I able to see your authentication settings and email server hostname not correct.
If you check your settings we will re-check your email sending status.
