This form is not working now all of the sudden. My client sent me the following email:
"Also, the food order is coming through a program called jotform. A company we worked with out of New Jersey put it in our website when they built it. It was originally set up to come to our office email firstname.lastname@example.org, but now we are only getting some of the orders sent there and the rest are being sent to Ryan's email. This is a major issue because all of our weight loss patients order through this-its causing major frustration within our staff and it certainly is inefficient. The sooner we get this fixed the better. "
