I need to update our credit card info. the number you have will no longer work....

I didn't see any credit card information under your account.
But to change your credit card information, please follow:
1. Log in to your JotForm account and go to Billing.
2. Click Upgrade(if you're trying to upgrade one of the free accounts, otherwise you will be able to change the credit card information below the plans):
3. In the new window you will be able to choose payment method:
