I sent the following email as a reply (as instructed in the email) to pdf@jotfom.com. My email was rejected by the mailer daemon. Can you help me resolve the pdf issue?
Hi JFer,
So my PDF is not fillable on download and also, I posted a link in my email notification for PDF submission and when I click on it, the screen shows a NEXT button at the top. No form visible. -

Hello,
It looks like your email address was in our bounce list and that it likewise is blocking emails from JotForm. I have removed the said email from the bounce list already. Please observe your email activity history by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Now regarding your concern about the PDF fillable form. I checked your form and there are no fields in it but just a few page breaks. Can you confirm that this is the form you're working on to create a fillable PDF form?
Thanks.

Hi, I just sent in another question regarding this issue. when i dowload from the admin side, I see the form, but it's not fillable.
If this works and a user submits the form, will we have a copy of the pdf filled out by user? or is it just the fields in excel?

I understand that you have posted another thread regarding this issue. My colleague has already responded to that thread. To avoid any confusion, please see his response by following this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/967112.
If a user submits the form, you will be able to view their data as a table in your jotform submissions page. If you want, you can download them as Excel or PDF files by following this guide: How to Export Form Data to Excel. You can also check out our other guide here for more info: How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
